The heroine annoyed me for some reason. It kind of dragged on around the 80% mark and I just wanted it over. Yes tragic stuff happened but it seemed she just wanted to hurt him at the end. I know he hurt her but wow did he grovel near the end. His words were beautiful. I really would love a man who told me that. Check I'd probably love anyone that told me that. I definitely did not like the hero at the beginning but he grew on me. I really did like this book but I wouldn't read it again.
