"Who's there?"
Since their mother died, fifteen-year-old Jenny Joslin and her little sister, Allie, have moved seven times with their father, who is trying to put the past behind them. But Jenny feels right at home when she sees their new house in the woods.
Until one night when they see a man and a dog sitting on their back step. When Jenny calls to the man, he doesn't respond and his shadow drifts across the yard and disappears.
